Ca Mau: Tree uprooted, crushing two pedestrians.

At approximately 7:00 AM on August 15th, due to heavy rain and strong winds, a tree on Tran Hung Dao Street (Tan Thanh Ward, Ca Mau Province) suddenly uprooted, falling on Mr. PTC (born in 1984) and Mrs. VTX (born in 1986, Mr. C.'s wife) as they were riding their motorbike past the area.

The incident occurred, temporarily cutting off traffic in the area. Upon discovering the situation, people quickly pulled Mr. and Mrs. C. out of the area where the tree had fallen, and both were taken to Ca Mau General Hospital for emergency treatment.

Upon receiving the report, the Tan Thanh Ward Police quickly arrived at the scene and, together with other authorities, cleared the fallen tree and resolved the issue. Afterward, traffic in the area returned to normal.

Later that day, leaders of Tan Thanh Ward People's Committee visited Ca Mau General Hospital to inquire about the health of Mr. C and his wife and provide financial assistance for their treatment.

According to information from Ca Mau General Hospital, Ms. X. sustained fairly serious leg injuries and is receiving intensive treatment, while Mr. C. suffered minor injuries and his health is stable.
