At the launching ceremony, the departments of Agriculture and Environment, Construction, Finance and the Provincial Land Fund Development Center together with the Chairmen of the People's Committees of the communes: Ho Thi Ky, Khanh An, Khanh Binh, Luong The Tran, Hung My, Cai Nuoc, Phu My, Nguyen Viet Khai, Dat Moi, Dat Mui agreed to sign the emulation with the following contents: Completing on schedule and exceeding the set plan, ensuring the site is handed over to the construction unit to implement the project; organizing implementation, mobilizing compensation, site clearance; mobilizing the entire population to participate in site clearance, handing over the site to start the construction of the Ca Mau - Dat Mui expressway, traffic route to Hon Khoai island and Hon Khoai Port.

From the date of signing the competition until December 15, 2025, the parties must achieve the province's common goal of completing 100% of the handed-over site, ensuring the processes and procedures according to the provisions of law and thoroughly resolving existing problems and difficulties in the implementation process.

Localities coordinate with departments and branches, pay attention, proactively grasp the situation and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles.

Up to now, the survey and inventory work has been basically completed with 06 organizations and 1,653 affected households, the total recovered area is about 741 hectares.
