Famous 46-year-old singer suddenly died in the bathroom minutes before performing

On July 7, Korea News reported that singer Lee Sang Eun passed away at the age of 46 in the bathroom a few minutes before her performance.

Accordingly, the singer had a performance on the evening of July 6, around 8:23 p.m. (Korean time), the staff did not see Lee Sang Eun appear at the event to go on stage.

After that, a member of the crew ran to find the female artist. "It was time for Lee Sang Eun to go on stage but she was not backstage. When I went to the bathroom, I found her lying motionless on the floor," this person said. The female singer was discovered by staff in a state of not breathing in the third floor bathroom at the concert venue.

Police soon arrived at the scene to investigate the cause. Initial investigation showed that the police ruled out the possibility of her being murdered.

Lee Sang Eun is a famous Korean singer, known to many audiences for her high-pitched voice. She graduated from Seoul National University, then continued her master's degree at the Mannes School of Music in New York, USA.
