The singer shared that when she saw the images of the people here, she decided to learn more about leprosy, a disease that made many people wary in the past.
The group’s trip took place at a time when the Central Highlands region was affected by storms and rains. Despite the unfavorable weather, the group still traveled to Plei Mun Mak leprosy village, where hundreds of Jrai people, especially children, had been waiting early.

In recent years, Plei Mun Mak has received support from many charitable organizations, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people. Many tourists who have visited this place have called it “a healing area in the middle of the jungle” because of its quiet, peaceful, and energetic space.
In Plei Mun Mak, the crew of “54 Vietnamese Ethnic Groups” not only carried out charity activities but also filmed two new MVs for the album. All the actors in the MV were people and children in the leper village, without any staging or directing.
"We just brought the camera and let everything happen naturally, the music blending with the breath of life here," the crew shared.
Singer Phuc Anh said: "Happiness is not a destination but a journey. When you dare to step out of your comfort zone, you will see joy in even the things that once scared you, and see beauty even in sadness and loneliness."
The female singer believes that music only has true value when it touches people's hearts. It is not simply a performing art but becomes the language of compassion.
Phuc Anh expressed his hope that the project will continue to be a bridge to spread messages of humanity, empathy and national cultural pride.
Phuc Anh’s real name is Tran Thi Hong Phuc, born in 1992 in a family where both parents work in the education sector and no one pursues an artistic career. However, from an early age, she showed her talent and passion for singing.
Phuc Anh was the valedictorian of the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music and graduated with honors. She is also the valedictorian of Thanh Hoa University of Culture and Arts. The beauty is also known as a student of People's Artist Ta Minh Tam and had an impressive duet with her teacher at the Mai Vang Awards 2022.
The project "54 Ethnic Groups of Vietnam" includes a music video and a series of charity activities spanning the North, Central and South regions, sending a profound message about cultural diversity and national solidarity, contributing to spreading the good values of Vietnamese culture.
