This year, Hanoi Law University enrolls 2,650 students (an increase of more than 1,500 students compared to 2024). The school applies 3 admission methods, including: direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the school's regulations; based on the three-year high school transcript and the high school graduation exam results.

For the review of transcripts and graduation exam scores, the school uses 9 similar combinations as last year, including: A00 (Math, Literature, English); A01 (Math, Physics, English); C00 (Literature, History, Geography); D01 (Math, Literature, English); D02 (Math, Literature, Russian); D03 (Math, Literature, French); D04 (Math, Literature, Chinese); D05 (Math, Literature, German); D06 (Math, Literature, Japanese).

Ho Chi Minh City University of Law announces the consideration of combining high school transcripts with foreign language certificates or SAT scores, considering high school transcripts of students from high schools on the priority list of Ho Chi Minh City National University.

In the method of considering combining high school transcripts with foreign language certificates or SAT scores, the school notes that if the certificates have a time limit, they must be valid until June 30. Candidates must have a total average score of 6 high school semesters of 3 subjects in the group of subjects for admission of 22.5 or higher; IELTS from 5.5, TOEFL iBT from 65 and SAT score from 1,150 points or higher.
With the consideration of high school transcripts of students from high schools on the priority list of Ho Chi Minh City National University, according to the current list of 149 priority schools, candidates must have studied for 3 years at one of these schools, with academic results of each year 10, 11, 12 at a good level or be classified as excellent for candidates graduating from 2024 or earlier. In addition, candidates must have a total average score of 6 high school semesters of 3 subjects in the group of subjects for admission of 24.5 or higher, in which the candidate's academic results in grade 12 must have a weighted score of not less than 25%.

This year, Foreign Trade University will enroll 4,180 students at its three campuses in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Quang Ninh. The school announced that the review of academic records will apply to three groups of candidates, including: those participating in the national science and technology competition for excellent students; those who won third prize or higher in the city-level excellent student competition; and those who are students of specialized schools.

To apply for admission to the Law program of the school, students can use the average score of 6 semesters of three subjects in the combination or combine it with an international foreign language certificate. When considering the combination, the certificate score will be converted, replacing the English subject. Specific conditions for each group of candidates are different, but some general requirements are a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 (if considering the combination), a total of three graduation exam subjects from 24 or more.

The University of Law (Hue University) announced the admission based on high school transcripts in the 2025 admission season. The school will use the academic results of the subjects in the admission subject group at the high school level for 4 semesters, including 2 semesters of grade 11 and 2 semesters of grade 12 to calculate the admission score. The admission condition is that the total score of the subjects in the admission subject group must be 18 points or higher.

This year, Gia Dinh University will consider high school transcripts for admission to Law and Economic Law majors in 2 forms:

Form 1: According to the combination of 3 subjects of the entire 12th grade year. Candidates are considered for admission when their average score of the three subjects in the combination (Average score of the entire 12th grade year, subject 1 + Average score of the entire 12th grade year, subject 2 + Average score of the entire 12th grade year, subject 3) is 17 points or higher.
Form 2: (According to the average score of the combination of 3 subjects of the entire year of grade 11 and the entire year of grade 12) - [(Average score of the entire year of grade 11 subject 1 + Average score of the entire year of grade 11 subject 2 + Average score of the entire year of grade 11 subject 3) + (Average score of the entire year of grade 12 subject 1 + Average score of the entire year of grade 12 subject 2 + Average score of the entire year of grade 12 subject 3)]/2 achieving 17 points or higher.
