Surpassing math majors, biology majors reach top benchmark scores of 2 specialized schools in Ho Chi Minh City

(Dan Tri) - Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted and Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted both have the highest 10th grade admission scores for students majoring in biology.

The specialized biology class of Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted got 37.5 points, 0.25 points higher than the specialized math class and far ahead of the specialized chemistry and physics class with a gap of 5-6.75 points.

Similarly, at Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted, the benchmark score for the specialized biology class is 35.75, 0.5 points higher than the specialized math class, 5.5 points higher than the specialized chemistry class, and 6.25 points higher than the specialized physics class.

The entrance score rankings of specialized classes at the two schools are relatively similar. At the bottom of the score table is the history class. At the same time, the integrated class score is 0.25-0.75 points higher than the English class score.

Comparing the benchmark scores of the two schools, the specialized classes of Le Hong Phong School have scores 0.5-2.25 points higher than Tran Dai Nghia School.

The biggest difference is in chemistry, the smallest difference is in literature.

The total number of candidates registering for integration (according to Project 5695) is 1,169.

Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School is the unit with the highest standard score for integrated English grade 10, with 32.25 points for the first choice. Next are Tran Dai Nghia Secondary - High School and Nguyen Thuong Hien High School, both with a standard score of 31 points.

On the other hand, Luong The Vinh and Mac Dinh Chi High Schools recorded the lowest standard score for the first choice, both at 26.5 points.

- For students who do not participate in the integrated English program at secondary school level in Ho Chi Minh City:

Admission score = Literature exam score + Foreign language exam score + Math exam score + Integrated English exam score.
