Phu Thanh Kindergarten, where Ms. Duong TT works

According to the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, during her work and daily life, Ms. Duong TT had behaviors and actions that showed a male-female relationship with a legally married person (Mr. HTN, party member, judicial officer - civil status officer of Phu Bai ward, Huong Thuy town). Although she was reminded and warned by the agency and organization, Ms. T. still did not correct her behavior and continued to maintain the relationship.

The Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee determined that Ms. T's behavior violated Point a, Clause 3, Article 51 of Regulation No. 69-QD/TW of the Central Executive Committee on disciplinary action against Party organizations and Party members; violated the provisions of the law on marriage and family, monogamy; and at the same time violated Regulation No. 37-QD/TW on things that Party members are not allowed to do...

Ms. T's violations have caused negative public opinion, affected the happiness of other families and affected the reputation of herself, her unit and the Party organization where she worked.

Therefore, the Standing Committee of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee decided to discipline Ms. Duong TT by removing her from the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell and Deputy Principal of Phu Thanh Kindergarten.
