According to forecasts, the northern provinces will continue to face prolonged heatwaves. Therefore, the power authorities have announced power outages in many localities due to supply difficulties.
Therefore, people should be aware of the power outage schedule to plan their work and rest accordingly. Currently, the schedule can be checked in many ways through the internet.

Specifically, users in Hanoi can check the city's power outage schedule via the website https://evnhanoi.vn/search/power-cut. On the main interface, select "District/County" and the time to search.
Customers can also use the same method for their residential area. The lookup links include Northern Power Corporation, Central Power Corporation, Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation, and Southern Power Corporation.
Additionally, users can easily look up this information through the Zalo application. All three regional power corporations have verified Zalo OA accounts. On the application, users enter the name of the power company, according to their living area, to find the correct page. There, customers click "Follow" to receive updates.
Simultaneously, users can register an account using the customer code printed on their electricity bill. Once this data is updated, the account holder clicks on the "Lookup" section, selects "Lookup power outage schedule" in the messaging box, to be notified of the schedule in their registered area.

Additionally, on the Google Play and App Store, users can download management apps from electricity companies to track power outage schedules. These apps include CSKH EVNHCMC (Ho Chi Minh City area), EVNNP CSKH (Northern region), and EVNCPC CSKH (Central region). After downloading, users register using their personal phone number and link their electricity consumption point using the customer code on their bill. Customers can easily access power outage schedules in the information check section of the app.
In addition, the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) also issued a notice about the appearance of many suspicious websites providing fake information about power outage schedules. The fake website links provided by EVNNPC include https://lichcupdien.org, http://blogdao.net, https://lichcatdien.com…
These websites are not managed by the Northern Power Corporation or any member of the Vietnam Electricity Group. Therefore, users should directly check the power outage schedule on official websites to receive accurate information and avoid being scammed.
