On the evening of May 14, a special art program called “May Gifts for Him” took place at the Hanoi Opera House, in celebration of the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh. The program was directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and jointly implemented by the Culture Newspaper, the Vietnam Music and Dance Theater, and Social Impact Media and Strategy Joint Stock Company.
Gathering many famous artists such as People's Artist Thu Hien, People's Artist Quang Vinh, People's Artist Truong Giang and young artists such as Anh Tu, Minh Chau, Thao Nguyen..., the program is an exchange between generations, expressing the sacred feelings of the Vietnamese people for Uncle Ho.
The program consists of three main parts: Chapter 1 "The Man in Search of the Shape of the Country" depicts Uncle Ho's journey to find a way to save the country; Chapter 2 "The Flag for Peace" spreads the spirit of humanity and charity in Ho Chi Minh's ideology; Chapter 3 and "The Name of the Man - Ho Chi Minh - Forever Shines" affirm that the path he chose is always the compass for the nation. The performances are elaborately staged, combining music, dance, animation and modern projection technology, bringing a profound and emotional artistic space.
The program left an emotional echo in the audience's hearts, contributing to highlighting Uncle Ho's noble ideals of life, expressing the precious feelings that every Vietnamese child has for the great leader of the nation. With the closeness, simplicity and greatness of President Ho Chi Minh through each song, image and message throughout. Not only an occasion to remember and show gratitude, "May Gifts for Him" is also a spiritual bridge between the past - present - future, inspiring beautiful life and dedication to today's generation./.
