
The car is also integrated with an advanced driving assistance system (ADAS) with a number of level 2 features, a suite of smart utilities and entertainment applications (Smart Services) that are constantly updated. The electric motor has a maximum capacity of up to 300kW (402 horsepower), maximum torque of 620Nm, providing powerful and exciting operation. The 92kWh battery pack can travel up to 438km after each full charge for the Eco version and 423km for the Plus version (according to WLTP standards). 
After the official handover ceremony in 3 major cities, VinFast will deliver cars nationwide in order of deposit. Customers can receive their cars at the store or at home.
Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy, Vice President of Vingroup and President of VinFast, said: “Today's VF 9 car handover event is the beginning of a series of events that VinFast will continuously organize on a global scale in the coming time. It is expected that in April 2023, we will export the second batch of VF 8 cars to the international market, and at the same time hand over VF 5 Plus cars to the Vietnamese market. This will be followed by plans to export VF 9 cars and launch VF 6 and VF 7 in the coming months. I believe that VinFast's high-quality electric car lines will meet all customer needs, bringing maximum satisfaction to customers not only in Vietnam but also around the world."
Along with high-end product lines, VinFast has also planned an infrastructure of 150,000 charging ports for cars and electric motorbikes across Vietnam, along with a system of 89 showrooms, dealers, and service workshops covering 63 provinces and cities.
