Hanoi Metro One Member Limited Liability Company (Hanoi Metro) has just sent a document to the Hanoi Urban Railway Management Board (MRB), requesting urgent correction of existing technical errors on urban railway line No. 3.1, Nhon - Hanoi station section.
These errors include: The handicapped sign system is not working, the platform lights are off, the roof leaks during heavy rain, the train depot area is poorly lit, some automatic ticket machines are faulty, etc.
As the warranty period is approaching, Hanoi Metro requires MRB to coordinate with Systra consultants and contractors to review and complete all unfinished items according to the contract and organize acceptance and handover before August 30, 2025.
At the same time, thoroughly handle existing errors that have been pointed out by the State Inspection Council, as well as errors discovered before the project is handed over to the operating unit.
MRB leaders said: More than 200 technical errors are minor errors, not affecting the safety of train operations. These errors arise during the process of putting the project into operation. MRB and contractors will promptly fix all existing problems during the warranty period to ensure the aesthetics, quality of the project and safe and effective operation.
