The Oasis sub-district officially commenced construction on November 11, 2021, and by November 2023, buildings BS11 and BS12 had been topped out and were undergoing final finishing touches, with handover to customers expected by the end of 2023. As for the Tropical sub-district, comprising buildings BS7, BS8, BS9, and BS10, the basement foundations have been completed, and construction is currently underway up to the 14th floor.
