Caravan Journey - an activity rich in human values
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Minh Luan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province expressed his concern about the current situation of traffic accidents: "Every year that passes, the statistics on traffic accidents still make us worry and feel uneasy.
In recent years, the number of teenagers and students violating traffic safety laws has been on the rise. The majority of traffic accidents are caused by the awareness of traffic participants, along with socio -economic development, the rapid increase in means of transport puts pressure on roads and vehicle management.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Luan also affirmed: “The Caravan program is a vivid demonstration of the realization of Directive 31/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister , which emphasizes the strengthening of ensuring traffic order and safety for students in the new context. These are specific, practical and meaningful actions.”
Sharing at the program, Mr. Le Kim Thanh - Vice Chairman of the National Traffic Safety Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and creative spirit of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee and the Vietnam Law Newspaper, along with the active support of the business community in implementing highly practical communication activities.
He emphasized that the program not only contributes to raising awareness of law and traffic safety in schools, but also demonstrates the spirit of mutual love, by directly supporting and sharing with families of victims affected by traffic accidents - a very humane and meaningful act.

Wherever the delegation goes, we hope to contribute to changing awareness, forming culturally-behaved habits when participating in traffic, especially among the young generation".

At the program, representatives of the Traffic Police Department - Ca Mau Provincial Police directly instructed students on knowledge and skills on traffic safety, through real-life situations simulated on the training ground, combined with vivid and easy-to-understand visual propaganda. The demonstration of 10 traffic violation situations by traffic police officers attracted the attention and excitement of hundreds of students attending.

In addition, the students also listened to a very useful sharing from Colonel, Specialist Doctor II Nguyen Van Tan - Head of the Emergency Department, Military Hospital 175 - Ministry of National Defense. During the exchange, the doctor enthusiastically instructed the students on basic and necessary first aid skills when encountering traffic accident victims, helping them improve their understanding, sense of responsibility and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations that occur in daily life. This is extremely valuable knowledge, contributing to equipping students with safe living skills.

Also on this occasion, the 3rd contest "Learning about Road Traffic Law and School Traffic Safety" for secondary and high school students in Ca Mau province was concluded and awards were given to outstanding groups and individuals.
In addition, the Organizing Committee presented 2,250 helmets to primary, secondary and high school students of Ca Mau city and 250 helmets to delegates and people.

At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded 50 bicycles and 100 scholarships (each scholarship worth 1 million VND and 1 bottle of water) to students in especially difficult circumstances related to traffic accidents.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also presented a clean drinking water system to Tran Dai Nghia Primary School and 700 backpacks to Nguyen Mai Secondary School, in U Minh district.
In particular, the Organizing Committee displayed and paraded a giant helmet model measuring 3m high, 3.3m wide and weighing 1 ton during the event for delegates, people and students to sign on the helmet to promote the importance of wearing helmets when participating in traffic.

Connect, cooperate and promote trade in the spirit of the rule of law
Within the framework of this Caravan journey, on the afternoon of May 31, the Investment and Trade Connection Conference 2025 was held in Ca Mau City. The conference was co-organized by the Department of Finance of Ca Mau Province and the Vietnam Law Newspaper, aiming to create an effective bridge in the promotion of investment, trade and tourism in the locality.
