Carlsberg Vietnam honored as “Best Workplace in Asia” for the third time

(Dan Tri) - Carlsberg Vietnam has just been honored by HR Asia Awards 2025 as one of the "Best Places to Work in Asia", marking the third consecutive year the company has received this award.

With the theme “Multi-Generation Synergy - Multi-generational Power” of HR Asia Awards 2025, Carlsberg Vietnam left its mark with a working environment that harmonizes the enthusiasm and creativity of the young generation with the courage and experience of predecessors.

Health & Safety Day is held annually to provide knowledge and affirm the commitment to a work environment without occupational accidents. During the expansion phase of Phu Bai Brewery, the company recorded more than 1.4 million safe working hours, a clear demonstration of effective operation combined with concern for people.

DE&I: When difference becomes strength

Carlsberg Vietnam is also steadfast in its commitment to diversity - equality - inclusion (DE&I), creating an environment where all employees are welcomed, empowered and encouraged to demonstrate their abilities.

This commitment is materialized through the annual “Welcome You” campaign, with activities such as Vietnamese Women’s Day, Pride Month, International Men’s Day, etc.
