Tam An Bridge received construction support of more than 250 million VND

(CT) - Recently, the Can Tho City Women's Union coordinated with the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa commune and philanthropists to organize the handover ceremony of Tam An rural traffic bridge, at Long Hoa A1 hamlet, Thanh Hoa commune.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, former Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union, congratulated the locality at the handover ceremony of Tam An bridge.

Tam An Bridge connecting Long Hoa A1 Hamlet and Long Hoa A2 Hamlet, was newly built with reinforced concrete structure, more than 3m wide, 20m long, total cost more than 250 million VND, from socialized sources, sponsored by Can Tho City Women's Union mobilizing benefactors in Ho Chi Minh City. The project was completed and put into use, helping the circulation of goods and students to go to school more conveniently, promoting the local socio-economic development.

This is a meaningful project, the City Women's Union carried out to welcome the success of the City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
