The Krông Ana commune Youth Union currently has 46 affiliated branches with 492 members. During the 2022-2025 period, the Youth Union's work and youth movements in the commune will continue to develop, gradually becoming more in-depth and substantive, showing positive changes and closely adhering to the local political agenda.

The commune's Youth Union has carried out many practical activities such as mobilizing resources to build and repair 80 charitable houses with a total value of over 5 billion VND; organizing 6 blood donation drives collecting approximately 1,150 units of blood; implementing social welfare programs such as "Warm Tet of Love" and "Volunteer Spring," donating more than 700 gifts, scholarships, bicycles, and notebooks to students and children in difficult circumstances.
Playing a pioneering role in digital transformation, the Youth Union of the commune has also established models such as "Community Technology Teams" and "Youth Digital Transformation Teams" to support people in installing public services and accessing e-government.
Regarding membership work, during the term, more than 1,000 new members were admitted, and dozens of outstanding members were recommended to the Party for consideration for membership.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union appointing the Executive Committee of the Krong Ana Commune Youth Union, term 2025-2030, consisting of 23 members. Comrade Y Kler Knul, Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, was appointed to the position of Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the commune, term 2025-2030.
