Chelsea have carved their name into football history.

Chelsea became the first team to win the four top European club competitions: the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League and UEFA Cup Winners' Cup (which has since been abolished and replaced by the UEFA Europa League).

In the past, Chelsea won the UEFA Champions League twice (2011-2012, 2020-2021), won the UEFA Europa League twice (2012-2013, 2018-2019), won the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup twice (1970-1971, 1997-1998).

Previously, when Chelsea won the 2012-2013 Europa League, they became the first English team to achieve a hat-trick of titles in Europe's top three club competitions (European Cup/UEFA Champions League, UEFA Cup/UEFA Europa League, and European Cup Winners' Cup/UEFA Cup Winners' Cup).

Chelsea are the second most successful English team in European competition. In total, The Blues have won 9 titles, just behind Liverpool - who have 13 titles. Including the FIFA Club World Cup, Chelsea have 10 international titles, while Liverpool have 14. Man United are third in England in terms of success in European competition with 8 titles.

After winning the UEFA Conference League, Chelsea will begin their preparations for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. Here, Chelsea will be in Group D with Flamengo (Brazil), Espérance de Tunis (Tunisia), Los Angeles (USA) or Club América (Mexico).
