The Bac Vinh Tax Department has just made public information about 65 taxpayers who still owe taxes and other state budget revenues up to September 30, 2023 with an amount of more than 90 billion VND.
Reason for disclosure: Violation of provisions at Point a, Clause 1, Article 100, Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14 and Point g, Clause 1, Article 29, Decree 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government .
Some units have large tax debts such as: An Thinh Khang Company Limited in Nghi Lam Commune, Nghi Loc owes more than 64 billion VND; Phi Hai Joint Stock Company owes more than 4.6 billion VND; Phuong Dong Van Long Import-Export and Trading Joint Stock Company owes more than 4 billion VND; Anh Phap Construction Investment owes more than 3 billion VND...
