Chi Linh has 51 more hectares of custard apples

Custard apples are grown mainly in Hoang Tien, Hoang Tan, Ben Tam wards and Bac An commune. Hoang Tien ward has the largest area with about 200 hectares.

The whole city has about 150 hectares of custard apples grown according to VietGAP standards in Hoang Tien and Ben Tam.

Custard apple trees are in the pollination and fruit-setting period. Farmers are actively taking care of them and preventing pests and diseases according to the instructions of specialized agencies. The main custard apple crop is harvested from late July to the end of August. In 2023, the main custard apple yield in Chi Linh will reach 12-13 tons/ha.
