President Ho Chi Minh is the unity

The ideology, morality, style, life and great revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh have clearly shown us a vivid symbol, a shining example of solidarity in the Ho Chi Minh era.

With the ideology of “Unity, unity, great unity. Success, success, great success”, Ho Chi Minh always attached great importance to the great significance of unity within the Party, among the People, and in society. He affirmed: The strength of the Party lies in unity and unanimity. He demonstrated very specifically and convincingly: “Thanks to close unity, wholeheartedly serving the working class, serving the people, serving the Fatherland, since its founding, our Party has united, organized and led our people to enthusiastically fight, advancing from one victory to another”. He emphasized the significance of unity within the Party and regularly reminded and required Party organizations, cadres and Party members from the Central Committee to the Party cells to preserve the unity and unanimity of the Party as if preserving the pupil of their eye. Ho Chi Minh also put forward many policies and solutions to consolidate and develop the unity and solidarity of the Party, including practicing widespread democracy; Regularly and seriously self-criticize and criticize; must have comradely love, help each other...

Ho Chi Minh always attached great importance to the strength of national unity in the revolutionary cause of the nation. In the resistance war against invaders and in the construction of the country, he firmly advocated uniting all patriotic forces in the North and the South, the whole country striving together against the intervention of colonial imperialism, to build a peaceful , unified, independent, democratic and prosperous Vietnam. In his New Year's greetings poem of 1948, Ho Chi Minh called for: "All people unite/The whole country is of one mind/Unification is certain/Independence is determined to succeed". On March 24, 1956, he wrote a letter to his compatriots, soldiers and cadres in the Northwest: "We must unite and be determined. Compatriots of all ethnic groups must unite, people and soldiers must unite, cadres and people together with soldiers must unite. Everyone must be determined to fulfill their duties".

As the beloved Father of the Vietnam People's Army, Ho Chi Minh paid great attention to building solidarity within the army as well as the army with the people, under the absolute and direct leadership in all aspects of the Communist Party of Vietnam . He emphasized that this was the decisive factor for all victories of the army and the revolution. Sending a letter to the officers and soldiers of the Son La Regiment in June 1949, Ho Chi Minh taught: The army must achieve the unanimity of officers and soldiers, the unity of army and people because according to him, this is the foundation of victory.

At the solemn memorial service for President Ho Chi Minh on September 9, 1969, the speech of the Party Central Committee stated: "President Ho Chi Minh always paid attention to and worked hard to build our Party into a strong, united and united bloc" and "President Ho Chi Minh is the embodiment of national unity". We have many facts to prove the shining example of solidarity of Ho Chi Minh. Just to give a few examples: In June 1941, in the Proclamation to the People, Ho Chi Minh called on all Vietnamese people to unite to save the country and save their homes and he affirmed: "As for me, I will devote all my heart and soul to join you, for the sake of my compatriots' quest for independence, even if I have to sacrifice my life." As soon as the Democratic Republic of Vietnam was born, Ho Chi Minh built a government that represented the strength of great national solidarity, gathering all people to contribute their efforts to fight against hunger, illiteracy and foreign invaders. When launching the nationwide campaign to support rice for the poor, Ho Chi Minh took the lead. He was an exemplary person who fasted himself to save rice to support. He was also willing to give up his clothes to comrades, friends, people and soldiers. In the letter to Mr. Dang Phuc Thong, dated February 4, 1948, Ho Chi Minh wrote:

The ideology, teachings, and exemplary example of solidarity of President Ho Chi Minh have been thoroughly grasped, studied, and actively and effectively implemented by our entire Party, people, and army. We have fulfilled the Oath that the whole country recited in unison before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh at his funeral in September 1969: We swear! To wholeheartedly preserve the solidarity and unity of the Party as if preserving the apple of our eye, to strengthen the Party's fighting power, to be the nucleus of the national solidarity bloc, to ensure the complete victory of the revolutionary cause of the working class and the Vietnamese nation!

The above reality also refutes the false and malicious information that hostile, reactionary and opportunistic political forces have been spreading on cyberspace to discredit President Ho Chi Minh, the Communist Party and the Vietnamese people. The slander and distortion of hostile and evil forces that: Ho Chi Minh's ideology is outdated and needs to be changed; Ho Chi Minh and the Party and State of Vietnam do not have unity within the Party and among the people; unity is only a formality, in reality there is only internal fighting and suppression of the people... as well as the tricks of inciting the people to oppose the Party and the State by hostile and evil forces will certainly fail before the great unity of the Party's will and the people's hearts that Vietnam is continuing to consolidate, strengthen and promote.

In the current period of innovation and national construction, our entire Party, people and army vow to continue to strive, constantly study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, including the issue of solidarity, as the Communist Party of Vietnam and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong affirmed: "President Ho Chi Minh lives forever with our country and our people.
