Clause 9, Article 5 of Circular No. 08/2023/TT-BGDDT stipulates: A bachelor's degree in a major that meets the regulations in the training standards for primary, secondary and high school teachers is determined to be a bachelor's degree in a major in teacher training or a bachelor's degree in a major not related to teacher training, but in the training program of that major there are subjects or modules (belonging to the specialized knowledge block) that ensure the requirements for teaching specific subjects in the General Education Program.
The head of the competent authority managing the educational institution decides or coordinates with the training institution (where the degree is granted) to determine the suitability of the bachelor's degree for a specific subject in the General Education Program.
Based on the above regulations, we request that you provide evidence such as graduation certificate, transcript, training program and related documents to the local competent recruitment authority (if not a teacher) or the local competent authority managing the educational institution (if already a teacher) for consideration and confirmation of the suitability of the Master's degree in Public Administration from the National Academy of Public Administration for teaching Civic Education and Economic and Legal Education.
For any questions or concerns about policies for teachers, please send them to the section: Readers' mailbox - Education & Times Newspaper: 15, Hai Ba Trung (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi ).
