Held at Hanoi National University of Education, the event was attended by President Luong Cuong, Vice President of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State; leaders and former leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training through the periods; representatives of leaders of ministries, departments, branches, agencies and central organizations; representatives of leaders of Departments of Education and Training, educational institutions; 39 people's teachers, 47 national emulation fighters awarded in the period 2020 - 2025; 141 collectives, 174 typical advanced individuals of educational and training institutions; representatives of students winning Gold Medals in international Olympic competitions in subjects in the period 2020 - 2025.
The celebration and Congress were held to summarize and evaluate the results of 5 years of implementing emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning" in the period 2020 - 2025 of the Education sector; honor and express gratitude for the contributions of collectives and individuals to the cause of education and training.
In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Education sector will carry out the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning", associated with the emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh .
The content of the emulation movement closely follows Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training, directive documents of the Party, National Assembly, Government, closely follows the political tasks and key tasks of the industry in each school year.
The competition criteria are specified in accordance with the expertise of each level, grade and training level. Educational institutions have developed plans to specify the competition movement into competition criteria suitable to the unit's reality.
After 5 years of implementation, the emulation movement has created a clear change in awareness and high consensus in each agency and unit. Party committees and heads of educational institutions have promoted a sense of responsibility, innovated the content, form and measures of organizing the emulation movement, suitable for the agency and unit, aroused the spirit of innovation and creativity of the team of teachers and educational managers in teaching, education, management and scientific research.
The proactive and creative spirit of students in studying, training, scientific research and starting a business is also promoted; associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, making emulation movements become a driving force to successfully complete assigned tasks.
In the period 2025 - 2030, the education sector will compete in innovation, improve the quality of education and training, provide high-quality human resources to meet the country's development requirements.
The whole industry continues to promote its strengths and overcome its limitations so that emulation and reward work in the industry can be increasingly promoted widely and actively, following the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho: "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation, and those who emulate are the most patriotic", "No matter how difficult it is, we must compete to teach well and study well", the whole industry competes to innovate and improve the quality of education.
