The Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City has just issued an official dispatch assigning the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with Cai Rang District and relevant agencies to organize the 2025 Tet flower market at urban area 586 (Cai Rang District).

Coordinate the construction, arrangement of display space and mobilize enterprises to produce and distribute OCOP products, typical products of the city and provinces to participate in the Tet flower market. Proactively invite the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Thap, Ben Tre, Tien Giang, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Hau Giang, An Giang , Soc Trang provinces to participate in the Tet flower market.

Mr. Ha Vu Son - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Can Tho city - said that people participating in buying and selling at the Tet flower market are exempted from rent, electricity and water during the entire time of the flower market.

The 2025 Tet flower market creates connections between traders, gardeners, and ornamental flower producers in Can Tho city and some provinces in the Mekong Delta, while supporting gardeners in trading and selling ornamental flowers.

In addition, the Tay Do Tet 2025 program helps people and tourists learn about the unique and rich national identity on the occasion of the traditional Tet holiday.

Tet flower market starts from January 17 to January 28, 2025 (from December 18 to 29).
