(GLO)- On July 10, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thuy Van visited, worked and inspected the activities in An Luong and Phu Cat communes.

In An Luong and Phu Cat communes, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thuy Van directly surveyed the operation of the 2-level local government model after 10 days of operation; listened to opinions and shared from grassroots officials about the new organization and operation methods as well as the initial advantages and difficulties in handling administrative procedures and serving the people.

At the Public Administration Service Centers of the two communes, the staff and civil servants work with a high sense of responsibility, urgency and seriousness. The facilities at the centers basically meet the requirements of serving the people and businesses.

Working with the leaders of An Luong and Phu Cat communes, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thuy Van highly appreciated and commended the efforts of the Party Committees and authorities of the communes in deploying and operating the new model relatively synchronously and effectively in a short time.

Comrade Huynh Thuy Van suggested that localities continue to proactively overcome difficulties, quickly stabilize the apparatus, improve the operational efficiency of the two-level government model, and ensure the maintenance of regular activities.

In Phu Cat commune - a locality with many key projects, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thuy Van requested the commune to quickly implement projects as well as site clearance. He requested departments and branches to actively coordinate, guide and accompany localities to remove obstacles, especially urgent issues, in order to better serve the people.
