At the meeting, the Provincial People's Council delegates reported to the voters of Minh Xuan ward on the results of the first session of the 19th Provincial People's Council. The meeting also discussed, reviewed and approved 5 draft resolutions, including: Resolution on establishing committees of the Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026; Resolution on establishing the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province after the reorganization; Resolution on promulgating the Working Regulations of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province, term XIX, term 2021-2026; Resolution on the plan to organize regular meetings in 2025 of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province, term XIX, term 2021-2026; Resolution on establishing 14 specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, from July 1, 2025; Announcing the Resolutions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council on approving the number and list of Deputy Heads and Members of Committees of the People's Council of Tuyen Quang province, term 2021-2026; appointing members of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, term 2021-2026; establishing the delegation of the Provincial People's Council; Assign the Head and Deputy Head of the Provincial People's Council delegation.

At the meeting, 14 voters made recommendations to the Provincial People's Council Delegation on issues such as: Ensuring the safety of some transformer stations and public lighting systems; environmental pollution from livestock farming; continuing to pay attention to completing the sewer and drainage systems in some residential areas; investing in completing the traffic system in some residential areas; arranging the use of post-merger facilities as community cultural houses for some residential areas to avoid waste; continuing to pay attention to eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses arising in the area; implementing urban beautification to prepare for the Thanh Tuyen Festival...

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Van Son informed the majority of voters of Minh Xuan ward about the results of the merger and establishment of the new Tuyen Quang province and the initial results of implementing the two-level local government model; the results of implementing the tasks of socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security, Party building, and government building of the province in the first months of 2025 and tasks for the remaining months.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Van Son emphasized that Minh Xuan Ward has the largest area and the largest population after the merger of communes and wards in the province. He requested that the ward's Party Committee and authorities need to firmly grasp the area, strictly implement the directions of the Central Government and the province after rearranging the organizational apparatus, implementing the two-level local government model; promptly and proactively handle newly arising issues to promptly resolve them.

Along with that, focus on solving administrative procedures well to serve people and businesses in the best way. The ward continues to do a good job of caring for, visiting and encouraging families of policy beneficiaries, war invalids and families of martyrs on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27.

Regarding the recommendations of voters of Minh Xuan ward, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Van Son requested the ward government and relevant agencies to seriously absorb the opinions within their authority. In particular, clearly identify the recommendations that can be resolved immediately and need to be focused on resolving them soon and notify voters. For recommendations that need to be resolved with a roadmap, a specific resolution plan must be developed. He noted that the relevant agencies need to proactively coordinate with local authorities to thoroughly resolve outstanding issues related to land and the issuance of land use right certificates.
