Previously, at the end of December 2023, President Vo Van Thuong decided to send Longevity Greeting Cards to 1,025 citizens who are 100 years old and over 100 years old in 10 provinces and cities, including: An Giang, Vinh Long, Bac Ninh, Quang Ngai, Ha Giang, Bac Giang, Dien Bien, Dak Nong, Tra Vinh and Phu Yen.
