Also attending the congress were former Vice President, President of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund Truong My Hoa; Vice President of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong and representatives of the Party, State, ministries, central and local branches.

The congress was attended by 500 delegates who are outstanding team members and children from all over the country; including 184 male delegates, 316 female delegates, and 103 ethnic delegates. On this special occasion, General Secretary To Lam sent a beautiful flower basket to congratulate all the outstanding good children of Uncle Ho from all over the country.

The National Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress is an important event, a big festival of Vietnamese children held every 5 years, to honor children with outstanding achievements in studying, training, and emulating to well implement the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho to teenagers and children.

At the same time, this is an opportunity to demonstrate the care and concern of the Party, the State, all levels, sectors and the whole society for the young generation of the country. Within the framework of the Congress, the 10th National Uncle Ho's Good Children Award Ceremony in 2025 took place on the morning of May 15.
