- On the afternoon of August 6, comrade Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee worked with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center (LDF).
Attending the meeting were representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches and units under the Provincial Military Training Center.
The Provincial Center for Land Clearance was established under Decision No. 1358/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee. Up to now, the Provincial Center for Land Clearance has completed the procedures for handing over the office; arranged basic equipment to ensure service; signed contract appendices with investors, contractors of projects currently implementing site clearance work in the province; focused on implementing the task of drafting legal documents assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.
Along with that, the provincial Center for Surveying and Mapping is currently completing the capacity profile to serve the application for surveying and mapping licenses; developing a plan to inspect the current status of land plots; implementing steps to conduct land use rights auctions; coordinating with the People's Committees at the commune level, departments and branches in implementing compensation and site clearance work according to regulations...
In addition to the achieved results, the implementation of the tasks of the Provincial Center for Disaster Prevention and Control still has some difficulties and problems related to the quantity and quality of staff that are not guaranteed; the location of the headquarters is not convenient for travel and meetings; some working equipment is still lacking; some projects are being implemented for compensation, support and resettlement that are not in accordance with the planning and land use plan...
At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying a number of contents related to the results achieved by the provincial Center for Information and Communications after more than 1 month of operation. At the same time, they proposed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles related to the office, equipment, human resources, site clearance, etc.
Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the leaders, officers and employees of the Provincial Center for Information and Communications for their efforts to quickly stabilize the organization. From there, they quickly carried out the assigned tasks without interrupting work.
Regarding the upcoming tasks, the Chairman of the People's Committee requested the leaders of the Provincial Training Center to review and consider appointing leaders of departments and branches; develop a job position project as a basis for supplementing and recruiting; review the existing staff and civil servants to arrange suitable positions; Check and re-evaluate essential needs for facilities and equipment to plan repairs, purchases and make investment purchases in accordance with regulations.
Along with that, the provincial Center for Land Use Rights needs to perform well its assigned functions and tasks. In particular, it focuses on implementing site clearance, especially for key projects of the province; well managing public land funds and assigned housing funds, thoroughly handling encroached and disputed land plots to ensure management according to regulations; well implementing land asset auctions; gradually researching to develop land funds, investing in project infrastructure to serve social needs. At the same time, the provincial Center for Land Use Rights pays attention to the fields of land surveying and mapping, land valuation; coordinates well with communes, wards, departments and branches in site clearance, handling petitions, and managing land funds; promoting digital transformation and applying information technology in performing tasks.
Relevant departments and branches, based on their functions and tasks, coordinate and support the Provincial Center for Information and Communications to perfect its organization, staffing, finance, assets, and perform other assigned tasks.
In the afternoon of the same day, at the Provincial Military Training Center, a conference was held to announce the Decision to establish the Provincial Military Training Center Party Cell. At the conference, delegates heard the announcement of the decisions to establish the Party Cell and appoint personnel for the Provincial Military Training Center Party Cell. Accordingly, the Provincial Military Training Center Party Cell was established under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, consisting of 15 Party members; the Party Cell Executive Committee consists of 3 comrades; Comrade Vi Nong Truong holds the position of Party Cell Secretary.
