The launch of the 2025 World Games Athletes’ Village marks a step forward in the final preparations for one of the world’s most dynamic multi-sport events. The Village, comprising Zone A and Zone B, has been designed with a focus on community, comfort and performance. The Village is not only a logistics hub but also a social hub where friendships are forged, cultures are exchanged and memories are made.

Zone A will be home to athletes, coaches and officials from a wide range of sports, including: aerial sports, American football, archery, billiards, boules, canoe, cheerleading, fistball, flying disc (Ultimate), gymnastics, handball, Ju-Jitsu, karate, korfball, lacrosse, lifesaving, orienteering, powerboating, SAMBO, sport climbing, triathlon, tug of war, water sports, water skiing & wakeboarding.

Meanwhile, Zone B welcomes athletes to participate in baseball-softball, dance sports, floorball, flying disc (disc golf), kickboxing, muay Thai, weightlifting, lacrosse, roller sports, squash and wushu—ensuring a balanced distribution of athletes across disciplines.

The village will also be a place to share unforgettable moments together. It is here that athletes will rest, recover and build relationships that transcend borders, languages and rivalries.

With venues ready, volunteers trained and athletes on hand, the city is ready to deliver a spectacular Games – a celebration of non-Olympic sports, international friendship and sporting diversity.

The Athletes' Village has now become a vibrant, aspirational hub where talent quietly begins each morning before bursting into action each afternoon.
