The arrangement of new administrative agencies of the city includes: Office of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee; Conference Center and socio -political organizations of the city; headquarters of the Provincial Radio and Television Station, Market Management Department, Provincial People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court, Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, City Police.

Notify agencies and units to build new headquarters in the planning area as soon as possible, work with the city to allocate land and plan the land location. Pay attention to doing a good job of compensation and site clearance so that when the procedures are completed and there is capital, it will be possible to invest in construction immediately. Quickly carry out resettlement work; count the households in the city that still owe resettlement land under the Cau Me - Ha Phuong Water Park dual-track project, and have solutions to quickly complete the resettlement area to allocate land to households.

Regarding the progress of the implementation of the Provincial Sports and Cultural Complex project, phase 1, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Management Board of Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Projects to closely inspect and urge contractors to speed up the progress and complete the work volume as committed. Contractors should take advantage of favorable weather to mobilize human resources, machinery, equipment, work overtime, and speed up the progress of construction items, especially the roads in the project. During the implementation process, if any practical problems arise, they should be reported to the province for timely resolution according to authority; issues that need to be adjusted should be promptly and proactively implemented. Relevant sectors and Ha Giang city need to strictly manage planning and construction; find land to build a hospital; research locations to build a new city market with a modern scale, most suitable for the overall development of the city and the province.
