Since officially opening free of charge on November 1, the Vietnam Military History Museum has quickly become a destination attracting a large number of people and tourists. With more than 150,000 artifacts displayed indoors and outdoors on a total area of nearly 27,500m², the museum not only recreates the history of building and defending the country but also brings a lively and modern experience space. According to statistics, the museum has welcomed more than 200,000 visitors in less than a month. However, the large number of visitors, some days up to more than 45,000 people, has caused an overload, affecting the reception, security and safety of visitors as well as the artifacts on display. At the meeting, delegates focused on assessing the situation and proposing many solutions. In particular, it emphasizes the coordination with the authorities to support traffic regulation on the Thang Long Boulevard service road, patrolling and reminding vehicles to stop and park illegally. At the same time, it is necessary to increase security patrols, add soft barriers to protect large artifacts, install more no-climbing signs and upgrade the information system to quickly handle emergency situations.

educating the heroic traditions of the nation and the Vietnam People's Army. He affirmed that the museum is performing well as a center for historical education, especially in the context of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day. Forecasting that the number of visitors will continue to increase in the last months of the year, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet requested the development of a detailed reception plan, ensuring absolute security and safety for visitors, property and exhibits. He emphasized the importance of fire prevention and fighting as well as rescue and relief work in case of unexpected situations. At the same time, he requested that units of the entire army continue to organize visits to the museum for soldiers, creating conditions for officers and soldiers to study the traditions and history of the nation. In addition, the Logistics Department is assigned to coordinate with the Project Management Board to accelerate the completion of the remaining items, ensuring the museum operates effectively in the coming time. Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet concluded that the authorities need to continue to monitor and provide specific and synchronous instructions to overcome difficulties, complete assigned tasks, and at the same time improve service quality, meeting the expectations of people and tourists.
