Well prepare the content and organization of the 10th Session, 15th National Assembly

On the morning of October 2, at the National Assembly House, Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly chaired a meeting of the National Assembly leadership to assess the implementation of tasks in September and the first 9 months of the year, and agree on key tasks to be implemented in October and the last 3 months of the year.

At the meeting, the National Assembly Chairman, Vice Chairmen and delegates focused on evaluating and reviewing the work that has been done, pointing out some limitations that need to be learned from and agreeing on key tasks in October and the last 3 months of 2025.

The National Assembly Chairman emphasized that October and the last three months of 2025 are the peak months with many important political tasks of the 15th National Assembly term, especially organizing the 10th Session with a huge workload.

The National Assembly Chairman requested agencies to concentrate highly, seriously and promptly implement the conclusions at the monthly meeting of key leaders of the Party, State and National Assembly leaders; advise on continuing to deploy on schedule the assigned tasks in the conclusions and resolutions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and Plan No. 56-KH/BCĐ of the Central Steering Committee on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW; advise on guiding the implementation of steps to review and supplement the planning of full-time National Assembly deputies and positions of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Office for the 2021-2026 and 2026-2031 terms.

The National Assembly Chairman requested the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee and the agencies of the National Assembly to continue implementing the Orientation of the Law-making Program for the 15th National Assembly term and to develop the Project on Legislative Orientation for the 16th National Assembly term; actively prepare to organize the Forum on Law-making; prepare for the 50th Session and other sessions of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly's Patriotic Emulation Congress...

According to the report, the priority contents for the coming time are: thoroughly implementing the Resolution of the 1st National Assembly Party Congress, term 2025-2030; implementing monitoring activities; completing the report on the results of the National Assembly's thematic monitoring on "Implementation of policies and laws on environmental protection since the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 took effect"; completing and receiving comments on the draft Report summarizing the work of the 15th term of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee, coordinating to submit the draft report summarizing the work of the 2021-2026 term of relevant agencies at the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man requested agencies to continue implementing the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Program in 2025 according to the approved program and plan and extraordinary foreign affairs activities as requested by the National Assembly's leaders; implementing tasks in the Project to organize the 80th Anniversary of the First General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly; implementing the National Assembly Party Committee's Plan on the "Digital Education for the People - Digital National Assembly" movement to serve the activities of the National Assembly's Steering Committee for Digital Transformation.

Another important content is that leaders of agencies and units continue to pay attention to and take care of the regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers at agencies of the National Assembly and the Office of the National Assembly; promptly reward and encourage exemplary collectives and individuals who perform well in assigned tasks...

Reporting on the work results of September and the first 9 months of this year, Permanent Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Manh said: Recently, the apparatus of the National Assembly agencies has been streamlined, effective and efficient.

The National Assembly has carried out a revolution in organizational and apparatus arrangement in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, reducing the number of National Assembly agencies and agencies under the National Assembly Standing Committee from 13 to 8 agencies, and the National Assembly Office from 29 to 9 department-level units.

The leaders of the National Assembly and relevant agencies have directed the successful organization of 2 sessions of the National Assembly, 19 meetings of the National Assembly Standing Committee; 6 conferences of the National Assembly Party Executive Committee; 12 conferences of the National Assembly Party Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee; 3 joint conferences between the National Assembly Party Standing Committee and the Government Party Standing Committee... and many other important activities.

★ Yesterday afternoon, at the National Assembly House, the National Assembly Standing Committee held a fundraising ceremony to support people in overcoming the consequences to share the difficulties and losses of people and localities heavily affected by storms, floods, and natural disasters.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and members of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly: Nguyen Khac Dinh, Nguyen Thi Thanh; members of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ethnic Council, the National Assembly Committees, all officials, civil servants, employees of the National Assembly agencies, the National Assembly Office attended and donated at least one day's salary for each person, with a total donation of about 600 million VND, contributing to join hands with the whole country to support people in the provinces heavily affected by storms and floods to soon stabilize their lives.
