Program to celebrate National Digital Transformation Day 2025

The program has the theme "Digital transformation: Faster - More effective - Closer to the people", summarizing 5 years of implementing the National Digital Transformation Program for the period 2020 - 2025. At the same time, it orients the next stage, from starting to breaking through, towards the goal of forming a comprehensive digital society. Over the past 5 years, digital transformation has created strong changes in all fields. The achievements in industries and localities are opening a new digital era, where technology and data become the driving force for growth, improving productivity and quality of life. The concept of "digital citizens" is becoming increasingly familiar, as people who know how to apply technology and the Internet responsibly, effectively and safely, contributing to promoting labor productivity and improving life.

At the program, the Ministry of Science and Technology introduced the recently issued National Digital Architecture Framework, laying the foundation for synchronous digital transformation throughout the political system. Ensuring connectivity, data sharing, information security, enhancing transparency and satisfaction of people and businesses. Delegates also discussed solutions to accelerate digital transformation associated with decentralization, delegation of power and the two-level local government model, towards the goal of building a digital government close to the people and serving the people./.
