On the morning of October 11, the People's Committee of Nghe An province had a meeting with Nhan Dan Newspaper to review the contents related to the art exchange program "Truong Bon - Heroic Footprints" on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of Truong Bon victory (October 30, 1968 - October 30, 2023).
Attending the meeting were comrade Que Dinh Nguyen - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper. On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with representatives of provincial departments, branches, Nam Dan and Do Luong districts.
The art exchange program "Truong Bon - Heroic Footprints" on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of Truong Bon Victory was jointly organized by Nghe An province and Nhan Dan Newspaper.
The program is expected to be held on the evening of October 29, 2023 at Truong Bon Historical Site, My Son Commune, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province.
The program consists of two parts: Ceremony and Art Program. The Art Program consists of two chapters: History of Honor and Red Fire Stepping Forward to the Future.
In addition to the animations, drone light performances, sand painting performances combined with music and dance, the program also brings a poetic artistic space, imbued with love and pride for the homeland, connecting history with the present, with songs that have been deeply imprinted in the hearts of millions of Vietnamese people such as: Sacred Vietnam, Listening to Nghe Tinh folk songs in Moscow, Living like flowers, Red blood and yellow skin, There are 20s like that, Promises of the young generation,...
The program has the participation of artists: People's Artist Quoc Tri, People's Artist Hong Luu, singers Ngoc Son, Duc Tuan, Ta Quang Thang, Phuong My Chi, Musician Phuc Bo, Sand painter Tri Duc and Dance Group; former youth volunteers, students and people in Nghe An province.
The program was organized to widely propagate to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life the significance of the Truong Bon Victory in the resistance war against the US to save the country and the resistance and dedication and sacrifice of the forces and people.
Among them, we must mention the heroic example of 13 youth volunteers of the steel squad, the suicide squad of Company 317 - Team 65 - Youth Volunteers General Team against the US, saving the country of Nghe An province who sacrificed their lives while on duty. 55 years have passed but the historical significance of the sacred land of Truong Bon still holds its value, forever the pride of our people.
Thereby, demonstrating the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", showing gratitude to heroes, martyrs and those who have contributed to the revolution; contributing to strengthening the education of revolutionary traditions and the responsibility of generations, especially the young generation towards their homeland and country. Propagating the cultural and historical values of Truong Bon Historical Site and the cultural traditions and people of Nghe An to the country and international friends.
The program also introduces the land of Truong Bon, Nghe An, rich in tradition and culture, having gone through a process of resilient fighting for national independence and freedom, today's generations are building their homeland in the common development of the country with the spirit of pride in the past, looking towards the future.
In order for the art exchange program to be organized solemnly, meaningfully, attractively, educationally and economically, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Plan No. 73/KH-UBND dated October 4, 2023 to coordinate the organization of the program. Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned specific tasks to local departments, branches and sectors.
At the meeting, leaders of Nghe An province and Nhan Dan Newspaper agreed on the expected list of items to coordinate to organize the program "Truong Bon - Heroic Footprints", from the script, broadcast program to the celebration, banners, mobilization of forces and other related items...
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long requested that after the meeting, departments and branches continue to closely follow the assigned tasks, coordinate with Nhan Dan Newspaper to do a good job of preparing facilities, welcoming delegates and guests; propaganda work, visual agitation, urban beautification; human resources participating in the program; ensuring security and order, power source, fire prevention and fighting.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Department of Culture and Sports to coordinate and discuss with Nhan Dan Newspaper to research songs in the art program to ensure they are suitable for the content so that the program can take place successfully and well./.
