A clip recording Son Tung M-TP's performance at a music event in Hanoi on the evening of September 7 quickly took social media by storm.

In addition to his familiar performance style, the new rap that the male singer brought became the center of discussion.

Son Tung cleverly repeated this rap line in both the opening and closing parts, making the audience below cheer in unison.

Many mixed opinions erupted about Son Tung's rap. A part of the audience said that the lyrics "lack depth", "still the same after 10 years". Some others commented that the male singer “His rap is not fluent”, he is suspected of using background music to cover his voice. While others praised: “Only Son Tung dares to write rap lyrics like that”.
