Recently (August 9), in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province, a press conference was held to introduce the political and artistic program "Prosperity from the homeland's sea" chaired by Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoa Nam, Deputy General Director of Voice of Vietnam Pham Manh Hung, Deputy Head of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Luu Hong Van, Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Duy Quang and Chief of Office of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Ha.

About 1,500 people participated in "Wealth from the homeland sea"
The program was co-organized by the Voice of Vietnam Radio, the Central Propaganda Department, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army - Ministry of National Defense and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, taking place from 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Nha Trang Military Port, reviewing the results of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress on sea and island areas since the beginning of the term; evaluating 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 36-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 of the 12th Central Executive Committee on the Strategy for sustainable development of Vietnam's marine economy to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
With the participation of Party and State leaders; leaders of coastal provinces and cities, ministries and branches and the participation of about 1,500 people from the navy, border guards, coast guard, fishermen, youth and students, the Program will bring many unique, impressive and meaningful contents to the public.
Expressing his delight that Khanh Hoa cooperated with the Voice of Vietnam, the Central Propaganda Department and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army to organize this very important political and artistic program, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, believed that this is also an opportunity for the locality to promote its potential and strengths, especially in the fields of tourism and marine economy. Khanh Hoa province closely coordinated and created the most favorable conditions for the program to take place successfully.
The program will take the wharf as the main stage with a number of ships of the Navy, Coast Guard, etc., opening up many dimensions and emotional levels, through which the program's message "Strong from the sea, rich from the homeland sea" will be conveyed in a gentle, intimate and profound way. The connection between the stage on the wharf and the stage on the ship will create a vivid and impressive 3D stage space.
The program targets young audiences, so from the performances to the reports, narration, style, and style of the program will be presented appropriately and youthfully. The music concept of the program is in the style of rock symphony, combining the participation of a rock band with the chamber music voices of singers from the Voice of Vietnam. In addition, many famous bands and singers such as: Buc Tuong, MTV, Ha Tran, Dong Hung, Phong Windy; Dong Nhi... will also participate.
Mr. Pham Manh Hung, Deputy General Director of the Voice of Vietnam, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee said that this is a national-scale political and artistic program held in Khanh Hoa province - the center of tourism and marine economy, affirming that Vietnam is a maritime nation with the eternal aspiration to conquer the sea, prosper from the sea and maintain peace at sea, aiming to foster the spirit of national pride and self-respect, the determination to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland, raising awareness of preserving and promoting the diverse potential of Vietnam's sea and islands.
3 emotional circuits in 3D stage space
The program includes 3 main emotional circuits with the following themes: "Sea consciousness"; "Vietnam towards wealth from the sea"; "Vietnam towards strength from the sea".
In particular, the content of the section “Sea Consciousness ” highlights the deep love of the sea of the Vietnamese people through stories, performances, images, and real-life reports. This section also summarizes the content of Resolution 36 - a great boost for the development of the marine economy, making an important contribution to the country's economy.
Part two, “Vietnam aims to become rich from the sea” will outline a general picture of Vietnam’s marine economy through familiar but profound and meaningful stories. These are stories about sustainable green economic development at sea; about green energy transition; or the issue of green tourism development that has achieved many successes.
In this second part, in addition to the special performances, the audience will interact with the guests, watch short reports on the topic of developing the marine economy, getting rich from the sea, and contributing to the economic development of the country.
In the third part "Vietnam towards strength in the sea", the audience will watch reports, performances and discussions with experts about the aspiration to master the sea, to be strong at sea, and the dreams of generations of Vietnamese people on the journey to explore the ocean.
Stories about the journey of building the Vietnam People's Navy and the image of fishermen clinging to the sea to become an important defense line to protect sovereignty are important highlights of this section, demonstrating the consistent and continuous viewpoint of our Party to carry out two parallel tasks of both sustainably developing the marine economy and ensuring national defense, security, maintaining independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, while opening up a new direction for marine economic development in the era of open economy and global integration.

With the heroic music and brilliant lights, the program will end with the image of the national flag on fishing boats of fishermen, the flag-raising ceremony on oil rigs, DK1 platform, navy ships, coast guard, fisheries surveillance, police, images of islands, overseas Vietnamese visiting the sea and islands... All will create a lingering feeling of love for the sea.

The program was broadcast live on radio channels VOV1, VOV2, VOV3, television channels VTC1, VOVTV of the Voice of Vietnam, the National Defense Television Channel, Radio and Television Stations of provinces and cities nationwide; reported online on VOV Electronic Newspaper, VTC News, VOVlive and digital platforms of the Voice of Vietnam as well as many other press agencies. Within the framework of the program, the Steering Committee, the Organizing Committee and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province have many related activities such as the Gratitude Ceremony, offering incense at the historical relic of Tran Hung Dao Temple and Agarwood Tower in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province; Launching ceremony of "Khanh Hoa Fisheries Development Fund". |
