The program brings together famous artists such as People's Artists: Thai Bao, Thanh Lam, Tan Minh, Thu Huyen; Meritorious Artists: Dang Duong, Hoang Tung; singers Pham Thu Ha, Quang Dung, Trung Quan Idol, Nguyen Tran Trung Quan... All artists and the program's production team participate with a spirit of volunteerism, without remuneration, without salary, dedication and companionship as a word of gratitude, a practical action to spread love, towards people in flood-hit areas.
In the art program Light up love, the audience enjoyed songs with themes praising love for the homeland, country and people of Vietnam, such as: Hanoi in the season of fallen leaves by musician Vo Quoc Tru, Hanoi on the day of return (lyrics by Thanh Tung, music by Phu Quang), Co nhau tron doi by musician Duc Tri; Em gai que minh oi by Tran Que Son, Me (poem by Hong Thanh Quang, music by Tran Tien), Ba di dau ma mai chua ve by An Hieu; Uoc mo cua me by Hua Kim Tuyen; Len dang by Luu Huu Phuoc and Huynh Van Tieng, Bai ca hy hop by Van Ky, cheo co co Co doi thuong ngan, Kiep sau van la nguoi Viet Nam by Tuan Cry...

The program was organized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Department of Political Work assigned to Ho Guom Theater in coordination with Vietart Media Joint Stock Company, responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to mobilize support for compatriots to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, overcome the consequences of floods, spread the spirit of mutual love, raise community awareness of social responsibility, arouse solidarity, sharing in times of trouble, noble gestures of companions, artists and philanthropists.
According to the Organizing Committee, Light Up Love is not only an art program, but also a bridge to spread the community's sympathy to compatriots who are suffering severe consequences from consecutive storms and floods in the North and Central regions.
The total amount of money raised by the Organizing Committee from the program through fundraising activities and ticket sales is 1 billion 150 million VND. This amount will be transferred directly to people affected by storms and floods through the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
