The application of digital transformation in sales is becoming an inevitable trend for women entrepreneurs. Besides operating on e-commerce platforms, livestreaming sales on social media are increasingly popular, creating an environment for quick and effective customer outreach. Recognizing the great potential of the digital space, Ms. Phan Thi Huong in Tuan Giao commune has actively built her digital brand, regularly updating her online sales skills and practicing new trends. Participating in the digital environment has helped her connect with a large number of individual customers, creating opportunities to access sales channels.

Ms. Huong shared: “Online sales channels open up huge opportunities for small businesses like mine. By observing how many other sellers livestream, I gradually became more confident in communicating and introducing products.”

Digital transformation is becoming a crucial driving force in improving the operational efficiency of businesses. In recent years, the store owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Que's family in Na Hy commune has actively applied technology to sales management. Using electronic invoices instead of paper invoices has helped reduce printing costs, minimize errors in record-keeping, and shorten document storage time.

Ms. Que said: "Digital transformation has helped the store operate scientifically, reduce the risk of errors, and create proactive business practices. Over the past time, the women's association has also facilitated members' access to advancements in digitalization. Through this, we have also boldly applied technology to innovate management methods, contributing to improved operational efficiency and meeting the demands of modernization in the digital economy ."

Currently, the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Club has 54 members, operating in various production and business sectors. Over the past period, the club has actively encouraged members to participate in digital transformation activities to improve production and business efficiency. As a result, members have enthusiastically participated in training programs and digital skills development courses as guided by the Provincial Women's Union.

Ms. Tran Thi Van Giang, Vice President of the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Club, said: “We mainly participate in training courses organized by the Provincial Women's Union. In general, everyone is clearly aware of the benefits of digital transformation in the current period, so many women, despite being busy with work, still try to arrange time to participate. Through these courses, many practical contents have been introduced, helping members grasp tools for managing sales, promoting products online, as well as skills in information security in the digital environment.”

Digital transformation is taking place vigorously across all sectors, and facilitating women's access to the digital environment is a top priority for the Provincial Women's Union. More than two months ago, the Provincial Women's Union, in collaboration with the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council (VWEC) under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), organized a training course on the theme: “Improving digital branding and information security skills for women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises.” The program attracted over 50 female business owners, cooperative leaders, female entrepreneurs, and business owners in the province. The training focused on improving digital branding skills with specific guidance on selling on Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, and using artificial intelligence in content creation; practicing short video creation to attract customers; and guiding participants on information security skills in the online environment. This knowledge helps female entrepreneurs protect their digital assets, mitigate risks, and maintain safe and sustainable business operations.

Ms. Pờ Diệu Ninh, Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and Vice Chairperson in charge of the Provincial Women's Union, emphasized: "We hope that each member and each female entrepreneur can confidently assert their position in the digital market, master the necessary tools to promote products, manage businesses, and ensure information security. This will help enhance the digital capabilities of our members; contributing to supporting women in their journey of entrepreneurship and sustainable business development in the digital environment."
