Regulations outlining the principles, criteria, and allocation norms for recurrent expenditure budget estimates for 2026.

The Provincial People's Council has just issued a Resolution stipulating the principles, criteria, and allocation norms for recurrent expenditure budget of Ca Mau province in 2026 (regulations).

Ca Mau province has clearly stipulated the principles, criteria, and methods for calculating certain allocation norms for recurrent expenditure budgets.

The regulations apply to State agencies, political organizations, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the provincial and commune levels, and socio-political organizations affiliated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at the provincial and commune levels. They also include social organizations and mass associations assigned tasks by the Party and the State, public service units, and agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the preparation, allocation, and execution of the State budget's recurrent expenditure estimates.

The Resolution clearly stipulates the allocation limits for expenditures on: economic activities; education; training and vocational education; health, population and family; science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; environmental protection; culture and information; physical education and sports; broadcasting; social security; state management, Party, mass organizations and social organizations, and some public service units; national defense; security, order and social safety…

This resolution shall take effect from January 1, 2026.
