More than 100 youth union members in 25 communes and towns of Huong Son district ( Ha Tinh ) were provided with knowledge and transferred techniques for organic orange production.
On the morning of December 17, in Son Truong commune, Huong Son District Youth Union organized a training course and transferred organic orange production techniques to more than 100 youth union members. |
During one session, the trainees were taught by the staff of the Center for Application of Science and Technology and Protection of Plants and Livestock of Huong Son district about the technical content of caring for and protecting fruit trees; how to identify pests and diseases of fruit trees; and the organic production process for fruit trees in Huong Son district and other areas in the province.

Also at the training class, students were instructed on processes and techniques for plant care and disease prevention, and especially organic production processes for fruit trees.

On this occasion, Huong Son District Youth Union awarded 2 decisions to support loans of 50 million VND/person (preferential interest rate of 0.66%/month for 30 months) to 2 young union members, Mr. Nguyen Duc - Secretary of Dong village Youth Union, Son Chau commune and Mr. Bui Pham Song - Secretary of Phuc Bang village Youth Union, Son Bang commune; awarded 100 pomelo seedlings worth 5 million VND to 2 in Son Truong commune.
