The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision on transferring the management tasks of public utility services currently managed by the Nha Trang Public Utility Services Management Board (under the Department of Construction) to the People's Committees of communes and wards for management and operation from January 1, 2026.

Accordingly, after the transfer, the People's Committee of Bac Nha Trang Ward took over the following tasks: managing the rental service of umbrellas and sun loungers on Pham Van Dong beach; managing, operating, and exploiting one parking lot on Tran Phu beach park and one bus ticket sales point on Pham Van Dong beach park; renting out space for events on Pham Van Dong beach; maintaining the urban green space system, etc.
