CNT - Overcoming all rapids, moving forward steadily

The 30-year mark of CNT GROUP Joint Stock Company can be considered a miracle. Because during the process of formation and development, there were many difficult times that seemed impossible to overcome, but with a unit with a tradition of overcoming difficulties, together with the solidarity of cadres, workers and employees, the companionship, help and support of Party committees and authorities at all levels, CNT has overcome all rapids and steadily moved forward.

CNT GROUP Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Cao Ngan Commune ( Thai Nguyen City), formerly Cao Ngan Cement Factory, was established on December 8, 1993. Since then, after 30 years of formation and development, CNT Group has gone through many challenging ups and downs, and is proud to be a pioneer in becoming one of the prestigious multi-industry units in the fields of production, trade and services in Thai Nguyen province.

The company has affirmed its position in the following areas: Production - the soul of CNT, with PCB30 and PCB40 cement product lines, Terazo urban paving bricks, CNT Rheocore artificial stone; trade and services ( Petrolimex franchise agent; restaurant services, construction materials distribution...); real estate... All create a sustainable ecosystem of CNT.

During the development process, CNT GROUP has had many memorable milestones: In 2004, with a longer-term vision, CNT Group made a transformation through the equitization of the enterprise, marking an important milestone in the overall development of the unit.

In 2009, Cao Ngan Trade and Service Branch was established, opening up new and more diverse business opportunities for CNT. In 2014, Terazzo Brick Factory officially came into operation, adding a new production field to the product portfolio. Terazzo bricks not only beautify the urban area but also have reasonable prices, demonstrating superior quality, and are supplied to the markets of neighboring provinces in the North.

In 2020, the semi-automatic CNT Rheocore artificial stone factory went into operation, continuing to mark the progress in CNT's production technology with environmentally friendly natural stone replacement products.

In 2023, the Company cooperated with major domestic and international experts to research and decide to invest in upgrading the production line of Russian experts - the automatic CNT Rheocore artificial stone factory. This is a spectacular breakthrough in the strategy of developing high-quality products, expanding the market, to bring consumers beautiful, sustainable and environmentally friendly products.

After 30 years of construction and development, from a unit with a starting revenue of 8 billion VND/year, by 2023 the Company's revenue had reached over 400 billion VND. From a unit with only one type of product, up to now, CNT GROUP has grown to become a multi-industry production and business complex, positioning its brand in the market and affirming its traditional leading position in the Thai Nguyen construction materials industry.

To achieve the Company's stature and appearance today, over the past 30 years, the Company has always received the attention of provincial leaders, departments, branches, localities, investors and partners. Over the past three decades, generations of leaders and employees of the Company have worked hard, innovated, overcome all difficulties, overcome all hardships, sweated, worked hard, and devoted themselves to the development of the enterprise.

In recognition of those efforts, attempts and contributions, CNT Group was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medalfrom the President in 2002, the Second Class Labor Medal for the first time in 2009 and this year - 2023, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of its establishment, the Company received the Second Class Labor Medal for the second time.

Over the past years, the Company has been honored by the Provincial People's Committee as an Excellent Enterprise of Thai Nguyen Province 6 times; and by the Thai Nguyen City People's Committee as an Excellent Enterprise of the City 8 times. The Company's Party Committee has been continuously recognized for many years as being clean, strong and excellent. In 2023, the Party Committee was presented by the Thai Nguyen City Party Committee to the Provincial Party Committee for consideration of awarding the Emulation Flag for the exemplary strong Party Committee for 5 consecutive years (2018 - 2022). The Company has also been awarded over 120 certificates of merit by ministries, branches, and the Provincial People's Committee in the fields of economy, society, security, environment, etc.
