The market was supported by the VN30 group of stocks. Of which,FPT and VHM played a pivotal role, having the most positive impact on the general index, contributing more than 3.2 points and 1.4 points, respectively. Real estate stocks have slightly recovered today, with no more floor price drops. NVL ( Novaland ) ended 2 floor price drops, adjusting 2.78% to 14,000 VND/unit. Some stocks appeared positive, with ceiling prices such as API, IDJ, CEO...
Regarding Novaland, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Suong - wife of Novaland Chairman Bui Thanh Nhon - registered to sell more than 17.27 million NVL shares for personal reasons. The expected implementation time is from October 28 to November 25 by order matching or negotiation method.
It is expected that after the transaction, Ms. Suong will still hold about 33.2 million shares, equivalent to 1.624%. Meanwhile, Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon is holding 4.762% of NVL's capital, equivalent to more than 96.7 million units.
Returning to the general market developments, in the context of positive index growth, liquidity was gloomy. The transaction value on the HoSE floor was about 32,000 billion VND, 33% lower than yesterday.
Foreign investors returned to net selling more than 1,631 billion VND after yesterday's strong net buying session. The stocks that were net sold a lot were CTG, HPG, VCI, MBB, VCB... On the contrary, FPT, TCX and VRE were favored for net buying.
