From the 2024-2025 school year, tuition fees at universities will increase quite high according to the tuition fee schedule stipulated in Decree 81/2021/ND-CP of the Government .
University tuition is one of the important factors for candidates to choose the right major and school. Up to this point, although candidates have completed the process of registering for university admission in 2024, tuition is still a big concern for many students.
According to records, many universities have announced tuition fees for the 2024-2025 school year. Compared to the previous school year, this school year, most schools have increased tuition fees.
This school year, the tuition fee of the University of Science - Vietnam National University, Hanoi is 15-37 million VND/year.
The majors with the highest tuition fees at the school include: Computer Science and Information Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Technology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology with 3.7 million VND/month (37 million VND/school year), an increase of 2 million VND/school year compared to last year.
The 2024 tuition fee of the University of Commerce is slightly higher than last year.
Specifically, in the standard training program, tuition fees range from 24 to 26 million VND/school year, an average increase of 1 million VND/year. In the career orientation program, tuition fees are 26 million VND/school year, while last year it was 25 million VND/year.
According to the enrollment plan of Hanoi Law University, the tuition fee for the 2024-2025 school year is expected to be 2,538,000 VND/month (equivalent to 725,000 VND/credit) for the mass program and 5,076,000 VND/month (equivalent to 1,600,000 VND/credit) for the high-quality training program.
The tuition fee for the 2024-2025 academic year of the Academy of Journalism and Communication is expected to be VND 506,900/credit, applicable to general programs. The majors: Advertising, Professional Public Relations, International Political Relations and Communication, Foreign Information, English Language, Sociology, Editing and Publishing will charge higher fees, expected to be VND 1,058,200/credit.
Banking Academy expects tuition fees for the 2024-2024 school year to be from 25-37 million VND. Of which, standard training programs in the Business Management and Law group will have tuition fees of 25 million VND/year; Information Technology group will have tuition fees of 26.5 million VND/year and Humanities and Social Sciences group will have tuition fees of 26 million VND/year.
The highest tuition fees apply to high-quality programs, many majors increased by more than 10 million compared to last year. Accordingly, for international joint programs, tuition fees range from 340-380 million VND for the entire 4-year course, and may be higher if students choose to study their final year at a joint school.
Among the groups of majors with increased tuition fees this year, the Health group has the highest tuition fees.
In the coming school year, Hanoi Medical University will implement tuition fees ranging from 15 - 55.2 million VND/year.
The highest tuition fees will be applied to the majors of Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Dentistry, and Medicine (Thanh Hoa branch), up to 55.2 million VND/year.
Compared to the previous school year, the two majors of Dentistry and Medicine (Thanh Hoa branch) have increased significantly, from 27.6 million VND to 55.2 million VND. The major of Psychology has the lowest tuition fee, 15 million VND/year.
Next school year, the Dentistry Department of Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy will have the highest tuition fee of up to 84.7 million VND/school year/student; the Medicine Department will have 82.2 million VND/school year.
Candidates should note that the deadline for paying the 2024 university admission fee is 1:00 a.m. today (August 6). Candidates must not forget to pay the admission fee according to the number of registered wishes and on time, then the admission wishes will be accepted.
Candidates should not wait until the deadline to pay the application fee to avoid technical risks.
