On the evening of March 8, speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , Ms. Holly Stepp - communications director of the College Board - said that some candidates taking the SAT test on the morning of March 8 encountered technical problems with the Bluebook application, leading to the test being automatically submitted before completion.
"While the majority of candidates completed their exams successfully, we are extremely sorry and would like to extend our sincere apologies to those affected by this incident," said Holly Stepp.
According to Ms. Holly Stepp, the unit has identified and fixed the above problem, and deployed a solution to ensure stability for the next exams.
For those who had trouble taking the SAT on the morning of March 8, the College Board will soon contact affected candidates directly to provide details on support options, including the possibility of re-administering the exam.
