According to information from the Department of Transport of Dong Nai province, there are currently about 9 km of roads leading to the overpasses and residential roads that have not been completed along the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway project.

Of which, about 7 km is residential access road, the remaining 2 km is the road leading to the overpasses on the route.

Specifically, the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay expressway section through Cam My district (Dong Nai) currently has 4 overpasses with unfinished construction of the approach roads at both ends of the bridge.

A representative of the Thang Long Project Management Board ( Ministry of Transport ), the project investor, said that for the approach road of the 4 overpasses, which is about 2 km long, the board is also urging contractors to complete construction soon.

The remaining 7 km of residential roads are new sections proposed by the local authorities. It is expected that in February, the selection of contractors for construction will be carried out when the entire site is handed over.

The Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway is about 99km long, of which the section passing through Dong Nai is about 51km long. The project was opened to traffic and put into operation on the main route at the end of April 2023. According to the design, the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway has 6 lanes, with a design speed of 120km/h.

The entire route has 68 bridges, with 18 bridges on the highway, 40 overpasses directly connecting to the highway, and 10 bridges at interchanges.
