Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank - HoSE: SSB) has just released a report on the results of share transactions by insiders and related parties of the bank's insiders.
Accordingly, Mr. Le Tuan Anh, son of the Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of SeABank, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, completed the sale of 1 million SSB shares between June 21 and July 16, 2024, through order matching.
Based on the closing price of SSB shares on July 16th at 20,800 VND per share, Mr. Tuan Anh estimates he will earn 20.8 billion VND.
Prior to the transaction, Mr. Le Tuan Anh held over 48.5 million SSB shares, equivalent to 1.944% of the total voting shares. After the transaction, Mr. Tuan Anh's shareholding decreased to 47.5 million shares, equivalent to 1.904% of the capital.
In early July, SeABank also announced the results of share transactions by Vice Chairman Nguyen Thi Nga. Accordingly, Ms. Nga purchased 1 million SSB shares through an agreement on June 27, 2024.

Prior to the transaction, Ms. Nga held nearly 57.8 million SSB shares, equivalent to 3.896% of the charter capital. After the transaction, the number of shares owned by Ms. Nga is 98.2 million, corresponding to a stake of 16.495%.
In a recent development, SeABank announced a Board of Directors' resolution on implementing a plan to issue shares to increase its charter capital to VND 28,800 billion.
Accordingly, SeABank also plans to issue an additional 45 million shares under its employee stock option program (ESOP) in 2024.
In addition, the bank plans to issue 329 million shares to pay dividends for 2023 and issue 10.3 million shares to increase its share capital from equity. The expected implementation time is in the second and third quarters of 2024.
After the share issuance is completed, SeABank's charter capital is expected to increase from VND 24,957 billion to VND 28,800 billion, equivalent to an increase of VND 3,843 billion.
On the stock market, at the close of trading on July 17th, SSB shares settled at 20,800 VND per share with a trading volume of nearly 2.7 million units.
Over the past month, SSB shares have fallen 7.14% from VND 22,400 per share to VND 20,800 per share, with an average daily trading volume of 3.3 million shares.
