Determining that the completion of the installation of electronic identification accounts for all eligible citizens is a prerequisite and key factor in implementing the Government's Project 06, in recent times, the provincial police force has deployed many breakthrough solutions, mobilizing the participation of the entire political system towards "digitizing" citizen identification throughout the area.
With the goal of accelerating the implementation of Project 06, ensuring completion according to the targets assigned by the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Police Department has requested units, youth unions, and women's unions to continue to seriously implement the contents and tasks of Project 06, including the content of activating electronic identification accounts as a key task that needs to be directed. At the same time, effectively organize the implementation of the call for all people to register and use electronic identification accounts by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The police of all units and localities have flexibly, creatively and scientifically deployed both propaganda and mobilization, and collected data. The most common goal is to ensure that all eligible citizens residing, studying and working in Ha Tinh are collected and activated for electronic identification accounts; striving to complete the collection and activation before June 20, 2023.
Captain Dang Quoc Nhat - Captain of the Administrative Police Team for Social Order of Cam Xuyen District Police said: In order to ensure the target of granting electronic identification accounts to citizens, the unit has actively coordinated with the police of the communes to mobilize the entire political system to participate, propagating to the people to raise awareness about the importance of Project 06.
Ha Tinh is one of the top localities in the country in installing and activating electronic identification.
Cam Xuyen District Police also proactively coordinated with the government and mass organizations such as the Youth Union, Women's Union, etc., to go to each residential area and school to propagate, mobilize, and guide the activation of electronic identification accounts.
In addition to organizing the installation of electronic identification for citizens at headquarters and village cultural houses, the commune police also established working groups to go to people's homes to install it for them.

Promoting the vanguard spirit of the Youth Union and Association in carrying out the political tasks of the unit, the Youth Union and the Women's Union of the Provincial Police Department coordinated to mobilize members from affiliated Youth Union and Association bases to coordinate in implementing the collection and activation of electronic identification accounts. From May 27 to June 18, with a total of 432 members divided into 4 working groups, regularly on weekends, they were reinforced to carry out this task in 4 locations: Huong Khe, Duc Tho, Cam Xuyen, Can Loc.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thu Hien - Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order of Ha Tinh Police said: To complete the target of installing electronic identification before June 20, the unit has developed a plan and established mobile working groups to guide citizens to install the electronic identification application (VneID) on all days of the week, including Saturday and Sunday.
The unit also advised the Party Committee and the Board of Directors to issue documents mobilizing the Youth Union and Women's Union to strengthen coordination with the grassroots police force in basic investigation work to implement the most effective electronic identification installation.
With the motto "Do all the work, not all the hours", maximizing the role of the police force at the grassroots level, many officers and soldiers have "gone to every alley, knocked on every door" to review, collect CCCD application files and create electronic identification accounts.
As of June 9, the provincial police have activated 859,268 electronic identification accounts, reaching a rate of 74.3%.
Police and Nghi Xuan district authorities support people to carry out electronic identification.

Creating an electronic identification account is considered a solution to save time and costs, helping organizations and individuals avoid having to fill out many forms, reducing many procedural steps when performing public administrative transactions without having to go directly to administrative agencies to resolve. |
