Ho Chi Minh City police are searching for Huynh Xuan Van in connection with the Phan Cong Khanh fraud case.

(NLĐO) - Using various fraudulent methods, Phan Cong Khanh (Khanh Supper) swindled customers out of money to pay off debts and for personal expenses.

On July 9th, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy announced that it had completed the indictment and transferred the entire case file to the People's Procuracy of the same level for trial against Phan Cong Khanh (born in 1994, also known as Khanh Supper) for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".

In connection with the case, Phan Cong Khanh's accomplice, Mohamach Da Pha (born in 1996), was prosecuted for two crimes: "Fraudulent appropriation of property" and "Abuse of trust to appropriate property".

In 2019, Phan Cong Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van (born in 1987) each contributed 50% of the capital to establish K-Supper Company. Due to unsuccessful business ventures, Phan Cong Khanh conceived the idea of ​​defrauding customers.

Accordingly, Ms. Luong Ngoc Thuy H. (born in 1991), due to their acquaintance, asked Khanh to sell her McLaren car.

In March 2023, Khanh told Ms. H. that if she wanted to sell her car, she should bring it to his showroom because there was a customer interested in buying it. Ms. H. agreed.

Khanh said that an employee went to Ms. H.'s house to pick up the car and drive it back to Khanh's K Super Showroom to sell it on her behalf. At this time, Ms. H. only handed over the car but not the vehicle registration papers.

On May 23rd, needing money to pay off debts and redeem a Mercedes G63 (without license plates) that had been previously pawned, Khanh lied to Ms. H., saying he would show her the McLaren's documents.

Khanh gave all the vehicle documents to Mohamach Da Pha, who then took the car to a pawn shop to get 2 billion dong and gave the money to Khanh.

Furthermore, Mohamach Da Pha also borrowed a BMW from Mr. LTS (from An Giang province). He then took Mr. S.'s BMW and pawned it for 1 billion VND, subsequently misappropriating the money.

According to the records, Phan Cong Khanh and Huynh Xuan Van lied, claiming that Khanh Supper Company had purchased a Brabus G800 car, which led Mr. THP to believe them and agree to buy it for 24.5 billion VND.

After Mr. P. transferred 24.5 billion VND, Khanh Supper tried to evade him and used the money for personal purposes. Only when he heard that Khanh had been arrested did Mr. P. realize he had been scammed.

As for Huynh Xuan Van, after committing the crime he fled, and the Ho Chi Minh City Police have issued an arrest warrant. He will be prosecuted once he is apprehended.
