Ho Chi Minh City police are looking for victims in a property fraud case involving Vo Dang Khoa.

The Ho Chi Minh City Police Investigation Agency is handling the case of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" that occurred in Ho Chi Minh City and several provinces and cities by Vo Dang Khoa (born in 1988, residing in Vinh Long province), according to Decision to prosecute the criminal case No. 926/QD-VPCQCSDT-D4 dated September 16, 2025.

Initial investigation results determined that, due to owing money to many people and needing money to pay off debts, Vo Dang Khoa provided false information about the legality, ownership, and ownership of the assets, committed that the assets and land use rights were his, not disputed, then signed contracts to transfer land use rights to many people and fraudulently appropriated the assets of many other people.

In addition, Khoa also took advantage of the victim's power of attorney to arbitrarily transfer assets such as land use rights and assets attached to land to others, appropriating the money for personal purposes.
